    how to install the BOV?

    Disclaimer: The following is provided as a GUIDE ONLY, and neither myself nor Ozhonda take any responsibility for the outcomes of someone else doing the following. You follow these steps at your own risk!


    Aim:
    To get your turbo "SHI~"!!!

    Required:

    1 BOV
    1 repco $10 tools
    1 pair gloves
    1 correct size pipe (can be radiator hose or steel one)
    3 clamps



    firstly, locate your stock blow off



    HAHA~Here it is! two way to install BOV, u can replace the stock one with some aftermarket bov or locate it on the intercooler pipe



    u can install here if u wish to



    here the stock BOV, remove it by 2 screws, pull it out



    replace the stock one by use the adopter



    it is the one



    install all pipe and screw it on, remember the vac line must be good flow
    then the project done





    Other comments

    it is so fun to "SHI!~~~" with ur BOV, but dun forget it is defectable in SA and check around before play with it!!!WOH~~~~SHI!~~~~


    11psi is the default spring and should be used if you don't know what spring to get.

    Measure Vacuum at idle (engine at operating temperature

    Vacuum Reading between -22 in/hg and -23 in/hg use -12 psi spring
    Vacuum Reading between -18 in/hg and -21 in/hg use -11 psi spring
    Vacuum Reading between -14 in/hg and -17 in/hg use -9 psi spring
    Vacuum Reading between -10 in/hg and -13 in/hg use -7 psi spring

    yeah~it is a 550CC turbo
