A few changes to the moderating team

Hi all,

I was beaten to it in the site discussion thread so here goes. As of today we have three new moderators as follows:

dc2dc2dc- intoductions/noob forum
Qball - lounge/events/integra
tripitaka - lounge/civic/crx

Also a few of our existing moderators will be stepping down due to other commitments. Panda[cRx] and JINRAI will be stepping down within the next few days as the above moderators take over. If you haven't noticed jackosimm who used to be in charge of the Civic forum has given up his post now that he spends more time with his WRX

Myself and all the other mods would like to thank all these guys for the effort they have put in over the months and give a big warm welcome to the new moderators who have a big task ahead of them. Good work fellas

And for those who are wondering, new moderators are chosen by the existing moderators based on suggestions and votes. It's not just me who makes the decission.......but all the mods
