Yes, they fit fine. Except your speedo will be off by about 3% - if your speedo says you're doing 100km/hr, you'll actually be doing 103km/hr - which is borderline legal/illegal. Try to get 215 series tyres, maybe 40 profile (which would mean your speedo is off by 1%, but reading too fast... so if you're doing 100km/hr on your speedo, you're actually going 99km/hr)

    Accord Euro:

    17"x7" +55 offset
    225/45 R17 91W Tyres

    Prelude VTi-R:

    16"x6.5" +55 offset
    205/50 R16 87V Tyres

Your new wheel will have the following chracteristics:
The clearance from stut housing to the inside of the wheel will be 6mm LESS
The outside edge of the wheel will EXTEND an extra 6mm

Rims Specification Sidewall Radius Diameter Circumference Revs/km Difference

    Prelude 205/50-16 102mm 306mm 611mm 1921mm 521 0.0%
    Accord 225/45-17 101mm 317mm 634mm 1993mm 502 3.7%
