i've got xforce 4-2-1 headers with a full xforce cat back system as well for my civic vtir coupe. the whole lot is stainless steel and mendrel bent.
the top end power has greatly improved. i got it all done for $2000.
it gives almost the same amount of power as the top jap bands do (eg. apexi, blitz) but half the price.
    it is well worth it.

Very good, have it installed on my crx and have no complaints.

    Sounds sweet too...

Personally, I wouldnt bother with the slight kw advantage for spoon headers... the cost per kw after xforce is a waste

I got xforce 4-1 on my ITR, I'm happy with them, spoon would be better but money difference is BIG

Every mod compliments the next. If you dont want to limit your future mods, dont cut corners and get budget headers.

Just buy the dam thing and try it for yourself. I doubt most of the guys giving you advice have any idea the difference between budget and good headers.

listen to him. i have a mate who spent a lil over 2k for nothing but headers, i have another mate who wont spend more than 300 on em. honestly a well engineered header does wonders to a tuned honda but it depends of course on what ur plans are
