    Civic 06 fuel efficient problem

Hey people, could someone who owns civic 06 (any model), tell me how many kms they can run with a full tank? (91? 95? or 98?)

Mine's a civic sport, I don't know why for 36litre (optimax), it only manage to get like 350 kms. Is it normal though?

    Sorry bout my english

How hard you drive it? Hit VTEC often? Drive just around the city?
...... and that's all I have to say about that.

It's a 50L tank right? I know that even when I'm driving pretty hard sometimes (eg. atm), I still get around 380km before the yellow light comes on (which comes up with 2 bars; or around 7L of petrol remaining). I tried driving really conservatively for a week (no air cond, no harsh acceleration unless absolutely necessary, etc...) and reached 420km before the yellow light came on.

Measure your fuel consumption using the full fill and distance calculation method. I don't trust any of the xxx km per tank stuff.

agree with aaronng... reset the trip meter everytime u fill petrol.. and do this
    {amount of petrol to fill up a full tank} / {km driven}... u will be able to get L/100km

dont trust the needle of the fuel meter and dont trust the number on fuel consumption meter

Dealer probably filled up to the full level and not to the top of the tank. On my car, that's a difference of 100km.
