We could but there is too much involved. I know what we would have to do and it's not just the paper work that is discouraging but the folding stuff ($$$) involved.

It costs a lot. You have to become Incorporated before even thinking of applying for CAMS affiliation and even that costs money. There are also legal issues that have to be addressed. In short, it costs too much money which is why there are only select car clubs that are affiliated and this is why people join them.
If you just want a CAMS license for yourself, join HSCCV and you will then be able to participate in track days and stuff.
