Can anyone confirm if we are getting the NEW Generation Model MDX to our shores. I am hearing rumors that we are not even continuing this Model at all.. I have a 2003 Model MDX and wish to upgrade.
No, we won't get it because it is made only in left hand drive. No more right hand drive because our market is too small.

Don't hold your breath. As others have said only LHD is available. Apparently they are still tossing up whether it is feasible to make a RHD version - if they do though we'd certainly get it.
MDX is finished in Australia after present stock is sold!
