Door handle is gone, door wont open

hey pplz, I searched the forums already about central lock problems.
I found the info I needed to fix the problem, but the thing is how do I open the door so I can remove the trim??
The lock is open and the door handle (from the outside) seems to b missin a spring or sumfin when i pull it,
even from the inside i cant even open it.

Is there a way of opening the door?

This is the drivers side door onli.

    Help appreciated.

ah.. ums.. make sure the rod is still connected to it, and if it's moving the rod as well, if it is moving the rod, then, you have a problem

that rod should open the lock btw.
if that rod has come off, which i doubt.
    lol.
if it's rod is pulling on the lock, your lock is maybe ****ed, try locking and unlocking the doors a few times if the lock is jammed.
