i would also like 2 know. all i can think of was purchasing window tints and removing the lights and applying it on until you achieve the shade you are happy with.
you could use smoked tint film or a can of nightspray, tint spray, or anything that does the job http://www.7thgencivic.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=209168 very good diy on this this has been covered many times, search for "smoked' yo.

if you use window tint then depending on the shape of the rear lights, you will need to mould it to avoid creases.
