    Ticking sound. WTF?

I've just recently noticed a ticking sound comming from the front of my car when I'm driving. I can't hear it until I hit about 60kph and the speed of the ticking increases with the speed of the car. Cornering doesnt change anything and neither does using different gears or nuetral. Basically if the car's doing over 60 I can hear it.
Just wondering if anyone has an idea what this could be?
    Cheers

i had a similar problem or maybe the same problem a long time ago...it is noticeable if ur driving near a wall in a motorway or a car.
After 1-2 months the 'ticking' noise went away! i dunno how & why lol!

Take it 2 ur mech. & get him to check ur front cv boots, cv joints

    Ticking noise regardless of cornering?!

Sounds like the inner CV joints (the ones that go into the gearbox).
