Just wondering if anyone has put S2k seats into a 88-91 CRX. Will they fit, do the rails need to me modified????
I've seen quite a few US CRXs with s2k seats installed. They look ok. Yes, the rails most definately have to be modified.
hmmm... got pics??
The rails don't need to be modified. You take the seat pan from the CRX seats and bolt it onto the S2000 seats which then lets you use the unmodified CRX seat rails. This works on a gen 3 but i don't know about a gen 2. Jase

Jase I've put gen 3 crx seats into a gen 2 crx using this method, so it'll work.
I was thinking it would be easier to modify the rails, couple of bends and a few spot welds and it should fit in. Sinister: what did you do to yours? They fit perfectly.
woaw thats so gangsta i bet there isnt much room from teh top of that seat to teh roof... heheh
