my car runs a 'std' D16A3 now...for everyone who was wondering
so what ur running a standard d16a3 now? is that the result of u pumpin 18psi into the engine? you should really have a dedicated thread to your machine.. like list its history, past mods, current mods etc.. i am sure a lot of people will find it informative and intereting.
Std internals would have had little to do with it IMO What was the turbo setup and how was it tuned? Its usually being boost-happy or a poor tune that kills engines
the damage was actually caused by a streched big end bolt... i.e: over revving...

i forgot to mention that the lower part of the conrod managed to find its way through the bore and into fresh air all by itself! i found it sitting on the bash plate!
:lol: ahhhh well, the joys of turbo Hondas Mind you i figure might as well turbo them, seeing as my bro's lude bent valves cos of the cam belt snapping. Might as well blow it while boosted i say!
