assuming that you are talking about an EK model, the gli does bring a rev meter but not the cxi, i have a gli and the redline is at 6800rpm

the whole rev meter goes up to 8000rpm on the gli model and the vtir model goes to 9000rpm

****ed if it means anything on a stock engine, VTiRs only make power to around 8100 then it drops off, Thats before redline, so why rev past it :P.

    nobbs is spot on.

GLi has a Tach, redline around 6800 RPM.
I redlined my HB today and it didnt go any further than 7100 before dying in the arse.

I dont rev the shit out of my engine i just use every bit of power as i can.

since we're kinda on the topic, why is it the Gli gets a tacho and not the CXi?? Bearing in mind the EK models here.

Ahh well Toe the Cxi doesnt get a tacho because its the "BASE" model.

If u want to intall a tach... then...

pop your hood, towards the upper left next to the clutch reservoir there is a bunch of wires. The blue one with the adapter head is the one for tacho...

Buy a tacho kit from Jaycar or somthing and then use your imagination

But to be honest... why in the world do you want to know the rev limit for a Cxi? U wanna drag someone or somthing?
