    S2k is good choice,

I brought mine MY2000 with similar mileage & condition 6month ago for 35K, so yours should be around that mark too. Have a look the S2ks on Carsales.com.au, usually you can bargain down another 1k or 2k depend on the seller.

    ok.. cools thanks guys..

so wouldn't be paying more then 33k?

whats the milege like on the s2k?

also in your opinion what would likely to hold their value s2k or evo7?

    10L/100km

for me i would try to take it for 31k purely because its a 99 model.

evos are outdated too quickly. and the evo7 isnt the most popular evo. evo6 holds its value better than the rest of the evos IMO.

    evo9 are under 50k 2nd hand now

the s2k will easily retain its value better than an evo7,8,9...

the fuel consumption really depends on how you drive the car, some people get 450kms on a 40L fill up, some others get 300 on a 40L fill up...depends how much you vtec the car really.

evo's have shocking fuel consumption compared to the s2, the s2 i get about 450km per tank, the evo i would be lucky to get 300km.

one of the negative points i dont like about my evo is the fuel consumption.

"Per tank" is an absolutely useless figure when comparing different cars.

I hope I don't need to explain why.
