Wazza, you might want to research www.team-integra.net and www.honda-tech.com as to HP figures for the stock USDM B18C. Compare them to AUSDM figures and that should answer your question (let us know btw ) .

The two shit stirring idiots will be dealt with ASAP. As for the rest of us, please keep this on topic... and do OH a favour; DON'T TAKE THE BAIT. If you ignore them and let the mods clean up the problem, they'll simply move on to another forum to play their games.
anyway. honda oz quoted the vti-r as 125kw (168hp), they rate the gs-r as 170hp (127kw).
but, who knows how accurate those firgures are though. it's not really a significant figure, in fact i'd be inclined to think that the variation in power output between two of the same model cars from the same domestic market would have a variation in power of around that magnitude (2 or so kw)... *arsetalk disclaimer.

Ok I have found some specs but am still at a loss...
VTi-R (B18C2) (Specs taken from Honda Specification Brochure 1993)
Displacement (cc) = 1797
Bore & Stroke (mm) = 81 x 87.2
Compression Ratio = 10.0:1
Max Power (kW/HP) = 125/170 @ 7300rpm
Max Torque (Nm/kgm) = 173/17.6 @ 6200rpm
GS-R (B18C1) (Specs taken from www.carpoint.com)
Displacement (cc) = 1781
Bore & Stroke (in) = 3.19 X 3.43 (Converted to mm = 81 x 87.1)
Compression Ratio = 10.0:1
Max Power (HP) = 170 @ 7600 RPM
Max Torque (lb-ft) = 128 @ 6200 RPM (Converted to Nm = 173)
So there are very slight differences, maybe the difference in the engines is because of LHD/RHD setup I will keep on looking.
Also if you look at the photos of a Acura GSR (Honda Integra VTi-R) the brake and clutch resevoir's are on the opposite obviouly cause they are left hand drive...this also means that the battery is on the opposite side...etc etc
