    I hope it does make it here. It should be more expensive than the UK Civic though. Imagine shipping the car from Thailand to Japan in parts, getting it R'd up, assembling and then shipping down to Australia.

    The Type R bits and chassis strengthening should be done in Japan. But I suspect the car's body, basic suspension and internal parts will be from Thailand, shipped to Japan, where everything gets assembled together with Type R suspension, gearbox, engine, extra bracing welded in and thin windscreens put on.

    not a huge fan of the 4 door but does look good in that footage.

    we better get all the goodies like brembo etc not like the dc5r stripped down.

    and whats happening with the DSG? or is that an extra option

    honda Australia has no sports car now... I'm sure they are looking to fill the gap sooner rather than later
