    New wheels!

OK guys, the first serious mod happened today!!!!!! i'm so happy, I got a set of Lenso GT-05's in 19X8.5 with low profile tyres (80% tread left) for a bargin $700. I chucked them on straight away and I reckon they look awesome, what does everyone think?

The tyres are 225/35ZR19. So the profile is 35, I think it is pretty much the lowest you can go for these wheels. When I need new tyres I think I am gonna go up a little in profile, maybe to 45 just for ride comfortability. hopefully then they will fill the arches a little more and I wont need to lower it.

    That looks PHAT!
What's the ride like with those rubber bands.. hehe 35's is skin thin lol! good price though.
Had 19's on my old 2000 CRV and they looked chunky!

Better to have it and not need it, than need it and not have it.

they look strangely cool ... like it looks cool but something funny about it. maybe it just looks like it needs lowering now.

I do need to get a wheel allignment and balance done because I have found that it is pulling a little but once I get that done the only difference is that you can feel more bumps and road imperfections! but the steering seems to be alot more responsive and I think that is due to the lower profile of the tyres.

I have been doing some photoshopping and the idea of lowering it is actually starting to grow on me! maybe just 2 inches or so with a 45 profile on the tyres.
