    Okay, here is my situation.

I am getting a new motor in my car this coming weekend, and I am looking for extractors for my civic. I have been ringing around, and they are telling me noone makes them for an EF civic.

Anyone have any ideas where I can get my hands on some extractors? and what is recomended for a 1500 motor?

    cheers,

    Rowie

i hve the same problem, they only have the normal replacement, not for the performance wise, so i give up buying it and keep them as stock

Rowie: Try asking for an ED not an EF - we never got EFs in Australia and most places do it by year or designation in our country.

Hurricane made some I think, but I wouldn't want to question their effectiveness Otherwise - see what the yanks use on their D15 and D16 motors for the 4G

ok, i dropped my car off at the workshop today. pick it up wednesday.

the extractors didnt have a brand, but they look nice 4-2-1 , its the only set they had at honbits, and they havent been there long, so looks like I timed it just right

I am picking up my car at 3pm today. The bastards didnt fit the extractors or muffler. Now thats more mucking around I have to do :?

I dont have a welder, and I got a quote of $90 to fit the extractors. Does that sound like a good price????

    cheers
