Operation Engine Makeover

more parts arrived,

things still to come:
2" tacho (monday)
paint (monday)
ecu (gets sent from sdney monday)

anyway bring on the pics:

wire harness

heavy duty clutch

new muffler to suit 3" exhuast

new cat to suit 3" exhuast

new 2" boost guage

a pillar to suit guages (will be moulded into original)

the engine WILL come out this week.... stay tuned

well shes under way :yeaaaah:

engine will be out tommorow, dont have an engine crane here atm, so couldnt get it out today but will be out tommorow night :yeaaaah:

here are some pics of todays progress, nearly everything is off ready for the engine to be lifted :thumbsup2: i successfully unturboed my current engine ha. anyway pics...

just a tip.
take the fenders off the car while you are doing this.. its only a matter of like 7 bolts each side and this will protect your nice paintjob. Im liking the orange.

to you getting out there and doing the work yourself.

haha not a bad idea, i might just do that. thanks.

and yeah i prefer to do things by myself, but i normally have someone there to guide me. m brother is out there working on other cars so we work on them at the same time and if i need some help or get stuck he is always there to give me a hand

but u always learn so much more getting hands on urself
