use the search button.. this has been covered ALOT

AUDM and JDM are the same mechanically. the JDM has about 5kw more, due to Jap using better fuel then Aus.

The AUDM has round headlights, the JDM has the other shape.

you'll be hard pressed finding a JDM DC2r in Aus for anywhere near the price you can get a AUDM one.... plus the fact that it is in Aus... using Aus fuel means it'll have the same power... so you are paying for the differant front end.... which isn't worth the extra 5k they go for.

How is it possible for the JDM teg to be mechanically the same as an AUDM teg, yet still be able to push out 147kw rather than the AUDM's 141kw?

    You just contradicted yourself there.

did i not state that Jap use better fuel??

if you tune a car to run 105 octane (JDM) and a car to run 95 octane (AUDM) the one running the better fuel is going to get a better power figure... but only slightly

JDM has a different engine code. It probably has more aggressive cams.
