    Mugen Intake review (For DC5R)

Hi, just installed the mugen intake on my car yesterday. It looks great for outside also it can really impress me by what it done after testdrive. Firstly, compare to stock one, when Vtec kick in, the sound of mugen intake more noticalbe than stock one, and secondly, the power of Vtec kick in more noticable as well. I will try it more later and give more comment of it, thx!!
Here is the pic of intake on my car, cheers~

PS: Sorry for my dirty engine bay, hoho

    Grats on the mugen intake.

IMO if you got the $$ go with the gruppeM, best intake out there for the DC5R. Good throttle response and good power gains.

    Mugen/Injen ?
Mugen => better response not much gains, so I've heard
Injen => loss of low end response (<3000rpm) but better gains. But heck I never drive under that. vtec FTW!

Currently running a injen CAI in my dc5r. Love it when vtec kicks in! loud as F**K

Actully Mugen and GruppeM one's price very similar, but in case of mine, I just try Mugen and stock one so far, no idea for GruppeM or other brand's CAI, but seem GruppeM one need to do some mod to fit itself on the Engine Bay, so I went for Mugen one, correct me if i am wrong~cheers
