Are you serious ADR testing free …. your joking ! that’s the most stupidest thing iv herd all summer.
The ADR testing has gone on for the last 7 months, testing everything from fuel flow, noise, vibrations, shed test, emissions and many hydro carbon levels, pre soak tests and many other tests.
I think your referring to a IM240 test which is only a very basic 5minute co2 emission test offered by the NSW government for free only. The IM240 test is not an Australia designed regulated test such as ADR 37/00, not even 1% close. Here in Victoria Im240 tests are not free and start around $700, lucky the NSW government pays for those tests. Full ADR’ing starts around $5000.00 + depending on whats being ADR’ed
Regards James

So whats it called when an engineer says your car complises with emmsions standards and gives u a certificate allowing u do drive ur car legally around?? And the test i took consisted of THC, NOx, CO and CO2 (was measured but didnt effect anything) being measured,
In any case, what modifications did u undertake that caused u to have to undergo full complience testing?
ps. sorry for sounding so stupid
