When does u guy change the CVT transmission oil

Honda Continuous Variable Transmission Fluid and NOT Honda ATF-Z1.

Im going to do a cvt oil change soon. Does this "new" cvt oil from Honda have a specific name I can ask for.

It's called Honda CVTF - Continuous Variable Transmission Fluid. The bottle is black with a gold/yellow label at the front, it's 4L.

Do not confuse this with the Honda ATF-Z1 - which is the "normal" auto-transmission fluid. And do not use this.
