    Hope this post help!
I think change of CVT oil at every 40K km sounds reasonable. The original workshop request is change for every 60K km. That is close enough & probably better for the CVT.

BTW, any one knows, besides this juddering problem, is the CVT otherwise durable? In other words, if the start clutch survives, and CVT oil is changed religiously, would the CVT last a very, very long time? This is a silly question perhaps because Jazz CVT has not been around for too long comparatively speaking.

What a load of crap. Go and try another Honda parts/sales place. Ignore this group of liars.

    I agree with you.

If you tend to use 7 speed mode quite a lot, so it's reasonable to change at 20,000km but I think if just a normal use 40,000km should be Ok!

I'm Keen on this new CVT oil.

I'm having shuddering problems with my Jazz, it occurs mainly right at the start when i press the throttle.
Also i get jerkiness when i accelerate upwards to 0-60km/hr.

Today, I just changed the CVT oil to the usual 'standard' red honda tranny oil as it's been 55,000kms since last change, so better try something than nothing......

    My car's done 115,000kms.
