Filling new Accord Euro with super :(

Hi all,

I was just at BP filling up my VTi-R with BP Ultimate and a women behind me pulled in, in her new Accord Euro and was about to fill it with Super!!!

I'm glad I looked when I did and stopped her before she made a big mistake. I can't believe they didn't tell her what fuel to use before she picked the car up from new.

Yeah, but surely on the inside of the fuel cap door it would have 'unleaded fuel only' - most modern cars do these days. Was she blonde

Last time i looked, the Super bowser was thicker and couldn't fit an unleaded filler neck?

Who the hell uses super? LoL

The pumps have different heads and YES ... Super heads should/cannot fit into Unleaded/Premium fuel heads. There is clearly a sticker that indicates what type of fuel to use on the fuel door as well, obviously some people are oblivious to that. :roll:

She was about to lift the pump form the bowser when I saw her. She didn't look on the plate, but hopefully she would not have gotten too far trying to push the super head into the tank.
She was about 50 and "used" to be blonde :?

Now, I'd would've used a different approach. I'd help her fill up with the most expensive available fuel and then leave her your number. She might wanna be a sugarMama and simply playing dumb. :lol:
