    F22b turbo accord boost question

I have been searching for some info concerning about boost on honda accord.

since its a pretty low compression ratio on f22b1 9.2:1 i was running 10 psi. for awhile.. with a T3 turbo (small snail )

but main concern comes out, when i read some forums, that F heads will start to lift when is boosted 10 psi and more. and needes some better head studs to be put on it.

so im thinking of lowering the boost down to 8 psi ...

and another question what's the bad and the good things about iron sleves on the block? (noob question )

    any body can confirm it???

    cheers
