wow... some of those figures are kinda high, are those with mods on ur jazzes?
I have a stock jazz thus far and usually get low 6's and that's pretty constant.

bigger rims will make a BIG diff. BIG! especially with a low torque car like the jazz.
16' but light weight rims + audio systems... I manage to get it down to 8s/100KM... after a lap to Mt Dandy hehe...
Also with the mods you do to the car will affects the fuel consumption too!

from my experiences with the jazzes, the fuel meter isn't all that accurate, if you try to do some maths everytime after you fill up the tank, u will see the figure is different..
-
my gf's jazz gets about 6.7L/100kms
i once got it as low as 5.6
12.949 @ 107.71mph
2.063 60ft on Advan AD08
EKK20A 142.9kw on 98ron
its not called stance if you're on spacers..

my wifes jazz vti manual consistently gets around 5.8-5.9l\100klm u guys are all leadfoots i presume

Not so.
Fuel consumption varies due to many differing situations. They are, but not limited to:
1. Number of Kilometers/miles travelled
2. Driving conditions eg
2a Very short runs less that 10 km
2b Long runs more than 10 km but not long distance driving
2c Long distance runs travelling at about 100 km/h
2d Long distance runs travelling 110 plus
3. Type of fuel used
4. Tyre pressure AND condition and type of tyres
5. Ambient air temperature and humidity
6. Altitude
7. Servicing (tuning)
8. Type of transmission - 1.3 manual/auto, 1.5 manual/auto CVT
9. Modifications that affect aerodynamics and/or change engine performance
10. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, HOW THE CAR IS DRIVEN and THE LOAD CARRIED
So as you can see, to claim a low or high fuel OK, but maybe you need to state the above conditions when claiming great fuel consumption or bemoaning poor consumption.
For me, a CVT 1.5 auto, with nearly 5000 km done and the 1000 service, and only using Shell unleaded fuel. I am getting about 9.0 around the city <10 km per trip but about 6.3 on a long trip travelling at about 100 km/h and slowing down for towns.
The only variation to the 1000 service, I insisted and paid for a change of engine oil.

I'm just about to get rid of my 16 inch rims with 195 wide tyres, and go back to the standard 14 steely rims for my VTI. Fuel use for me with the bigger wheels/tyres, 7.1 l/100km's, or 6.3l/100km's with the steelies, and much more comfy ride. Maybe I'll just get some nice 14 or 15 inch lightweight alloys to replace the steelies, I think 16's are a tad too big for the Jazz.

so i guess u would achieve better fuel consumption figures if u did'nt slow down for towns!
