Well Calvo, i know a guy here in Melb who has done a H22A conversion to his Accord and I spoke to him - over email - and he quoted me at 6K to do the job if you're interested instead of getting a Lude...

He did his own conversion on his car and now he's working for a workshop.

In his email, he told me that a half-cut for a 94 H22A lude should go for 2.5K from wreckers or something, can't remember...and it's direct fit, not much modifications to be done. And he's still driving his converted car to this day - it's been a yr plus now....

dont quote me on this... but from what i've heard / been told... the h22a preludes VTiRs were imports 92-96 and the easiest way to tell if one is an import is to look at the back windscreen - if it has a wiper, than it's more than likely an import.

The au VTiR came out in about october 94 and went through until 96.

There were only 86 (i think, being told from another prelude owner) VTiRs made in australia in 1996.

plus the gen 5s i liek to vtec!

    Hi guys,

Im chasing a H22a front cut myself, Adel Jap wants $500 for transport to Brisbane which puts them out of the game. Any other wreckers I should be trying?
