ITR exhaust

I have an integra type R and am going to get a new exhaust for my car. my mate has a 1996 dc4 integra gsi and was wondering if he could buy my existing exhaust from me. would it fit on his car?

it should fit, but might need to adjust where the cat flange bolts onto thye b pipe if you are giiving him the cat back.
