    help identifying if this is D or B series. not 56k friendly.

    is this a d or b series mani? its stainless steal does it mean its worse then the ebay cast iron or better?

    no way of telling from a picture unless the seller supplies some dimensions.

    FYI B and D series have the same manifold stud pattern and general "location".

    cast iron is a more denser metal (heavy) more of a standard look compared to stainless steel. from what i have heard stainless is much harder to weld so look for dodgy welds and stay away from these. and plus stainless looks madness

    hard to say. my suggestion is to get an b series exhaust manifold gasket, line it up and compare, then you'll be able to determine which engine it is for.

    unfortunetly its with seller who doesnt have a civic himself anymore ill figure out something by getting him to measure the exits etc

    they look really nice i dunno if it affects it or not but i couldnt help but pick
    the manifold ends of the pipe are not straight might have to get ur dremel in there lol or take the head off and see if the head exhaust ports flow nicely into the mani


    unless this does not matter one bit only if you be a hard out performer
    and paying thousands

    or im just fussy
