Hi all, well this isnt the first time ive retrimed my car so here it is,
just to help you guys out
firstly i trimed my interior white back then because i was very into show cars,
then it became to dirty looks awsome tho.
neways heres how it looked before;
then it started dirty & i could never be bothered to clean it -__-"
Firstly, cut a big piece of material out, to suit your trim, some people trace there old trim etc, to be honest thats just a waste of time,
just cut a hole in the middle and anywhere else that has an opening.
slowly apply the contact bond adhesive glue and spread it around the insides of the door first, then slowly flow it outwards.
flow the material into the crease's, if you find that you get a bubble use the hair dryers / heat gun to heat it up then slowly strech it out until the shape forms.
By now you should be up to the corners, use the hair dryer / heat gun to heat it up and slowly stretch around corners and cut slits where needed.
use your superglue or contact bont to stick down the rest of the trim from the back. remember to pull and strech the material or it will lift after a amount of time.
With the repeated steps, ive done the Arm rest, my two pillars and my glove box.
Final result;
Sorry for the undetailed trimming lesson, im serzly very lazy to type more then this atm..
