Reading through the current Open Road last night and came across an interesting article.

In Britain, JD Power has released results for their annual reliability survey. (This is the same firm that does the quality survey of problems reported per 100 ehicles). The survey monitors the experience of 23,000 new vehicle owners after an average of 2 years and 34,000km of driving.

The winner for this year? The humble Honda Jazz with a satisfaction rating of 88.4%. The Jazz beat the Lexus IS200 and 300, the Mazda 323, Toyota Corolla and the BMW 5 Series.

No doubt this result adds a bit of sting to the big players and confirms my other discussions/points on this forum about the outstanding quality of this budget car.

Honda's Jazz is one of Australia's safest light cars offering a host of safety features, including:

[tab:4c833bc7f8] - Driver and passenger front airbags
[tab:4c833bc7f8] - Front seatbelt pretensioners
[tab:4c833bc7f8] - ABS brakes
[tab:4c833bc7f8] - Crumple zones, and,

The Jazz sells from $15,990.
