Hey guys I've got a 2008 fd sport and I wanna get a intake! But don't knw which one to get? I was looking at a short ram but it said that I wuld need to relocate my battery and need to change the sensor, and I was looking at the injen cold air intake and it said that I wuld need to change my manifolds? Do I really need to do all this just to install a intake???

You'll be fine with a short ram. No need to relocate battery. If you don't mind hacking up your stock intake you can attach a pod to it. Otherwise injen cai will fit with little modification on stock intake. Have done both myself
i live my life full boost, one gear at a time.

pour water into your intake, it will give vtak a nice drink before you drive, highly recommended by all drivers.

    lol cmon play nice

also, with the PWJDM intake you linked, relocation is needed because that power chamber takes up the whole passenger side.

If you go with injen, simota, fujita CAI or SRI, then you'll be fine - no need to relocate anything. Just minor modifications and playing around which really isn't too difficult =D

go with what u like the best lol. the difference in power is negligible. And sound will generally be louder with an SRI but u suffer from heat soak so its a trade off. IMO, CAI sounds nice

and the mods u have to do is just fitting the sensor on right and getting all the hoses connected
