EDIT: Turns out, a worn engine mount to the left of the engine. Dealer wont replace it under warranty, due to me having a CAI, and they said that may be the cause of it. Costs $400-$600 to replace..
put in stock intake and go to another dealer

Ask them to provide you on their letterhead, signed off by the service area manager that that's their conclusion as to what the problem is.
If they're willing to provide that, then you know they aren't bullshitting you. But further that and approach another mechanic for a second opinion, should their opinion differ from the dealerships, approach the ACCC.
But it seems weird that you aren't getting any vibrations when you're in Drive.

Got new lights provided by FDYOU2 and got them buffed out to clear off the haze
Would recommend mothers nulens headlight restore

had to take it off due to type R bumper
