For the front lip, the black section below the foglights, is that painted in matte black?

That black section on the rear lip, that matte black too? I'm torn between to have it completely one colour, or have that section black.

^yes its painted black
you can also use vinyl...so its not permenant

make it matte black, it looks weird with the whole rear lip the same colour >.<
