    jesus - euros really hold their value well when I see something like that...A $40k Maxima only 3 years ago now selling for 17k and that is without even bargaining.

    that seems to be my only concern..its..somewhat..not to great resale value.....

    It doesn't matter because the Maxima is 2nd hand. The depreciation in the first 3 years is the quickest. Then it tapers off. Since the first owner has taken care of the steep depreciation, you won't lose much when you sell the car off a few years down the road.

    Like i said earlier go for the maxima you wont regret it. As for the resale value does it really matter if that is the car you have your heart set on an plan to keep it for a long period?
