It all depends on the quality of the exhaust system. The key being the headers.

    But expect marginal gains.......nothing DRAMATIC!

    Give us more details.

heheh you will be lucky to even gain that. Honda genrally makes good exhaust manifolds. Just be carful that you dont loose power instead of making power. And remember just because your exhaust is loud, dont mean you make more power.

I dont expect you to gain more then 3 or 4hp at the wheels but you will be making alot of induction and exhaust noise which sometimes tricks the mind into thinking the car is going faster.

good luck and let us know how much louder your car is heheheheh

you should feel that the car is a bit more responsive after the mods...

It's hard to talk figures without actually testing it out on a dyno or other.
When you upgrade your exhuast system and filter there is always a gain (assumming you don't over size it) and it differs form cars. People sometimes think that they go faster but they might actually not. Upgrades makes the car feels different (breath easier, sounds louder and sportier etc) so the mentality of it is, it's faster. Generally with the I/H/E mods you can gain alot but the most important thing is to include the cai. Get this right and you can gain up to 7kws+.

Unless you spend big bucks, you will get next to no improvement with a header (singular, Hondas only have one unless it's a V6 etc). Better gains are made with the exhaust as the factory manifold is usually quite good, especially on the B series motors. I'm guessing about 3-5KW tops depending on what other mods are done.

    Yeah, that'd be right.

It'll help the car 'breathe' better

Off the shelf headers give minimal/no gain. Custom stepped merged headers are a different thing. Might pick up a 3 to 5 Kw with the I/H/E combo

also remember that even tho 2 cars may share the same motor, they can respond quite differently to performance modifications.

    making noise is fun anyway.
