I think it would be easy to make that power/run those numbers. It's not the fact that it is hard that stops people. If PAC customers sunk the money into ALLMTR drag racing that they sink into Rx3's there would be a whole bunch of 10 second allmtr cars

Dads car is basically a B20 hybrid, only difference is it is the B18C block sleeved to 2L

He has talked to the biggest companies in the scene for advice and has been told this setup is good for 10's.

Wisco where involved in specing pistons and rods to make sure it is the best possible combination.

The end result will justify the 4 year build on this car.

I don't understand why your dad would want to spend all this money only to have a single throttle and run pump. I'm sure it will be a quick car but if I were building a dedicated drag car I would most definately have it running methanol and quads if the budget allowed which it looks like is the case here.

Come on guys. Everyone has their own view of the world. Let them be.

I don't get all the negativity towards the car?

You are quiet right about the quads. Dad has 3 sets already but is not going to run them on the car becuase there is something "new" he wants to try with the current setup. Like I said that is not the complete list there are parts that are prototype which he wants to develop before letting our details.

Methanol is also a possibility when the car gets tuned. The engine is built to take it just not to start with as there are clear goals in mind.

    I appreciate all the comments.
