i think it was koni or bilstein that had a spring kit for GD1/GD3 and it was about $960 fitted at east coast suspension www.eastcoastsuspensions.com.au

tein has the wagon and superwagon coilovers so im sure you can get just springs from tein. www.tein.co.jp

cheaper option, pedders has sports ryder springs for the jazz www.pedders.com

I would go for some Teins. I have riddenin a Jazz with stock shocks and Tein springs and it was a nice ride. You can check out pics of the car at www.belgarage.com.au Go to the customer cars and you will see the Fit...

doesnt look any different than a stock one, maybe slightly but those stock rims hide the lowered look

That's because it isn't any different from a stock one (visually) except for the lowered springs, but it is much lower than the OEM setup

No idea how much. You could always try Tanghy or Z10 for a price. They will be more than happy to help.

would getting a lower spring only without the shock stuffed up the stock shock? will it make the ride better?

Tanghy : (reminder) sorry for being a pain but still waiting on those spoon front brace
