    I think it looks great and I dont know why honda didnt do that anyway since they went through al lthe effort of casting the Type R logo into the caliper anyway..

    thats what i thought as well since GTi got their brake painted

    Awesome DIY lol.... i'd do that on my normal civic but i think it would come off looking tacky >__> I've already seen one 2006 Civic with red calipers (back when it came out before Type R existed for it) and it just.. made me go.. ugh.

    Btw I'm surprised so many ppl here know bahasa.

    u should have just painted the caliper red... then sand back the red over the type r cast... if u get what i mean
    would have looked alot neater

    Just thought I'd add you see this alot in Malaysia... I guess it looks alright, but for some cars (e.g. my standard issue Civic), it'll look crap.

    For the Type-R I think it's okay since it's actualy a performance sedan.

    Oops my mistake. I was looking at the Mugen Type RR (the FD one) when I was posting earlier today and might've gotten a tad mixed up
