I managed to install it without cracking the boot trim.

However, I can't get it to work. I can see my that my USB drive is powered up and the display shows CDC. But nothing is being played. I've pressed the 5 and 6 button to access the different folders but that doesn't do anything.

I noticed that my 'In Use' light isn't illuminated. Is that the same as everyone else or do I just have a faulty unit?

    Thanks

Make sure that your folders are named CD01, CD02, CD03...etc (Up to CD10). Also, if you have a USB drive that contains security software, create a new folder on the drive and place the software within the folder, then make the folder hidden.

I was originally using a Sandisk drive which wouldn't work 100% all the time, tried two other brands and they worked fine
Whiteline RSB, Cusco Tower Brace, Tein SS, Ingalls CK, Maven Shift Knob, Comptech Short Shifter, Euro R Grill, FN2 Type R Rims, Jtune ECU Reflash, Jtune Intake, Pending Evolution IX

    Good News!

I've worked out how to get the files to play in alphabetical order.

I've uploaded to the program here: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=A1X1MC7X

Just download it, put it on your USB stick and run it from there.

Then click on the Title bar to sort it by Title, click save and your done

I put it on my USb stick and ran it, clicked on open USB drive and it doesn't do anything. Nothing is in the list.

Check that you don't have any other empty drives connected, I had a few empty drives (eg N:, F: ) that i had to "safely remove" before i could get it to read.

Thanks, will give it another go. I had my card reader connected, that must be the problem.

Update: It works great!! Thanks for the software!

Hms I wander if that hiss is the same as the hiss I get (using an IceLink).

    1) Do you also hear the hissing noise when listening to the Radio or a CD?
    2) If you put the volume to 1 so the music is very low - can you hear the hissing?
    3) Does the hissing go away if you set the Volume to Zero ?
    4) Does the Hiss volume stay constant from Volume 1 to 10? (if you go over 10, you can hear the usual Gain hiss, which is a separate hiss)

Ive left it inside the astray compartment and taken the ashtray out. now all i have to do is open the ashtray lid and there it is
its extended using the cable extender.

no need to dig around in the glove box and its right there in front of me.

i have the Sat nav installed no problems
