    Turbo Accord CD5

    Ok so the thing with the rims didnt go well..

    for those of u that dont know... i saved up all my $$ to buy some Bling Pimpin RIms... bought them.. then crashed and broke 2 of them 2 weeks later..

    Now i got $$ agn and wanna TURBO my car..
    its a Cd5 accord 1994.. auto... non Vtec... 142*** kms...


    Question is??

    Ne point??
    How mUch??
    Whos done it and worth it??

    ye any one wanna put there 2 cents in?? fire away

    i got vti-s turbo charge ..
    f22b1 vtec
    cars goes alrite n lots of fun..
    could make mid or low 14's if everything is good
    for a 4 door family luxury trim honda car LOL

    running 10 psi. 211 hp on front wheel

    budget was $5000.. to turbo charge ... including labour and parts.. somewhere arroudn there.. i cant exactly remember how much i spent.

    hemp .... turbo is much fun than changing ur engine to h22a. and u can hear blow valve

    get a compression check and leak test on ur engine b4 u turbo it..

    nah internal still standard..

    f22b1 compression rate is low .. 8.7:1 is very low for n/a and good to get boosted

    just get the right tune and healthy engine.. especiially piston rings u should be okay ..

    poid .. ran his car on 12 psi and engine is alive from 200.000 kms to 250.000 kms

    is turboing an auto worth it? i also would like to look into this, give the gold dragon a bit more juice.. hah..

    Hi All,

    Im back.... Dont even bother turboing an auto.

    Yeh sure you can run between 8-10 psi safely but do you really want a droning auto exhaust??

    Switch to H22a, compression is still good Vtec & turbo... no better combernation..
