    mugen header for B series

    is there a difference between a EK9 Mugen (B16) header and a mugen (B18C) DC2R header?

i have a mugen twin loop cat back and JDM cat from the dc2, will the EK9 Mugen header bolt on to my application?

    thanks..

    hey votek,
does ur jdm cat bolt on directly to ur mugen catback?
like if u piece them together just to check if they fit do the three teeth on the cat slide into the three holes on ur catback without any problem?

Thing is, i just got a jdm itr cat although its kinda a few mm off the holes?
    Is this weird?

not as yet. still waiting to get a header.
but... yea, picked up the cat last nite off someone. Said it was a JDM ITR cat which came off a mugen twinloop setup off a dc2. So i assumed it would fit no sweat. Anyways, get home and it doesn't? will this be a problem? or does the exhaust shop guys know a few tricks to make it fit.

Anyone know if the mugen 4-2-1 header for a b16a clears air con and power steering? Thanks...

I'd be mOre worried about their ground clearance

    It's a 4-2-1 not a 4-1. Personally I've never heard of a 4-2-1 having ground clearance, even on a very low car.

This is Mugen not EBay. I'd think they would have taken clearance and A/C + P/S into account given that they are Honda's performance partner or w/e.

Thanks. Yeah I read up on the ground clearance n got mixed reviews. Some say it hits everything n others say it isn't that bad. I'm not too worried as I'm not going to dump my car, just have it a lil lower then OEM. I'm most concerned bout power steering n air con. Can't find anything to verify clearance though. I emailed a distributer about it n waiting on a reply...
