    Honda City

    just picked myself up a lil red honda city turbo body
    has any1 done a engine transplant for one?
    easy??
    i was heading towards a d16 or something?
    any suggestions

    they are awesome lil car, i really like the City's.

    all the turbo models are imported, i dont think there're alot of conversions running around, it could be rather costly to fit a D in it, and may require quite some customs works.

    no engine is a basic dump, you're going to have to fab new mounts, make sure u got a cable gearbox.

    The cross member will have to be modified.

    im looking on the honda city site,
    but doesnt seem to have many transplants,
    mainly just done up original city turbo's

    anything (well most) is possible, wth the right amount of money.

    imo, the city turbo engines are sufficient, if u're able to find a replacement engine for your body, tat shud be the most cost effectiive option as well.

    i used to have a proT non-turbo, that was fun enuf to drive considering how light the City is, and seriously reliable!

    i dont really wanna use that much cash on the car,
    just a lil bus to get around for fun..
    imagine that down on the strip
    but ill have to shop around, ill ring honbits on monday to see what they got.

    try and pick up a dual carb EG motor, that would be the easiest conversion for you
