Yes it would, Acura TSX is equivalent to the Accord Euro. So yeah the injen intake will fit into your 04 Accord Euro.
Great mod too, makes the car sound hella nicer under WOT.

i got typhoon i love it... although i prob shouldve got injen (i think maybe 3" piping would give me slightly higher gains with my new IM)
