98 Fuel for EP3

Hi guys,

This is my first post on this forum. Nice to meet you all here.
Back to the topic.....I am planning to get a EP3. There is an issue i'm a bit concern. Since it's the JDM EP3 (i know they're all built in UK), ours 98 fuel is good enough for it?

ALSO, is there any other issue that i need to aware of before i leave the deposit?

As what i've seen the EP3 so far, the mileage on the clock is quite weird.
Most of them are 02 to 03 model, but only15,000km - 40,000km on the clock...That's not quite possible right ?!

Maybe they only drive it on weekends.

They drive less distances in JPN it is a small country and yes 98 RON is fine..
