Better update my times again, 62.75s now. Not a real good day, ran out of fuel in the first session and shredded the LF semi on the last lap of the 3rd session.

I have you down for -

    76.00 - intacivic16v - CRX - EF - B16 - semi slicks (Advan)

Would that be correct still ?
    Would it not be ((3 x 60) + 0.76) / 4 = 45.19s?

Lakeside Raceway has re-open and I have the privilege of racing on it in April and soon again this coming Queens Birthday holiday. It is truly a beautiful track and sooooo much better (but not as forgiving) than QR. The place itself is in a dire state but I heard from the management that the whole track will be re-surfaced again later this year.

I was bloody nervious during my 1st session out there but was driving faster as I familiarise myself with the track. Managed to score a pb of 67:05 sec (hand timed) It suits the DC2R very well and i was running Federals 595RS-R.

By the way, the management is VERY strict on the 92db limit. One GTR and RX7 FC were banned from driving for the rest of the day because they were too loud.

I'm taking hand times from Lakeside at the moment as I assume they don't have a permanent timing system there as of yet.

It's going to be tricky for people to get their v-tec powered Honda's down to a reasonable level at Lakeside ... maybe we should run turbos to quiet it down

Yes indeed, though i'm still running a factory exhaust, for that reason.

correct, there is no electricity in the place at the moment

I have I/H/E & high-flow cat setup on my car and clocked 78db at 5000rpm. The tester had no idea that vtec engaged at 5800rpm

If you're looking for a loop hole to go to Lakeside, there ain't one. They only care about peak noise, not the standard test. But 92.2dB is lower than what is street legal (95dB if memory serves me correct).
