you dont pay the seller straight away, really look at a few and choose the best option.
also always make a low offer first and gradually to an agreement amount.
you should also check for any previous damages etc.. also check if the car is financed.
other than that once uv found a car you like, all you have to do is:
pay, and fil out the form the seller will rip off from their rego paper.
after you've filled both seller details, buyer details etc.
you take your part of the form and just take it to the rta to transfer rego, the seller will send his part of the form himself.
btw the rta fees depends on the sale or market price which ever is higher i think.
so no matter what price you buy it at on the form put a price below or close to market price(both seller and buyer forms must have identical price).
after you've taken it to the rta and transfered rego and paying the fees.
you'll get your rego papers so its your car.

    hope it helps..gl

yep as what he said ^

when you guys write the letter put it down as a lower price.
so when you transfer and the fees or whatever it will cost less.

yeh, dats true..the seller doesnt lose or gain anything by putting a lower sale price on the forms so ask the seller to do that for you, as its beneficial for buyer

The lower the price on your RTa the lower fees you will pay when register it into your name. Ask for Rw too as they won't allow you to regis it if u don't have one.
