I did like the sound intitially but after a while its starting to wear me down. A lot. Also I dont want any attention from the man in blue. Im so unlucky/stupind that im likely to give it some stick near a unmarked car or something.
looks like theres a few Comptech iceboxes on ebay usa, but with comptech shut are they genuine? i also hear the icebox filter is crap and the KN doesnt fit properly??

nah i think comptech is under new management (correct me if im wrong), so i think the iceboxes should be genuine but not 100% sure since there could be fakes out there haha

Sorry your highness but given that Ive never had one/nor heard one in a euro before how the FK would I know how loud it would be? Not all of us are wannabe rice boys.
I love the sound, i hate the volume.
Justin: Good point about Pod vs Panel. Then agains it depends on how much air your engine needs as you could double the potenttial volume going in but if it only needs another 10% more than stock are then double the potential volume is hardly a gain.
