2007 Civic Vti - Fog Lights?

Where can I get genuine Honda fog lights for the 07 Civic other than at the dealer? they are charging an arm and a leg ($600)

Much of my family lives in Thailand, and seeing as the car is built there, would the Thai Civic foglights fit fine into the Australian models?

they arent the genuine item and dont have the genuine stalk switch either.
